Rhubarbs

Rhubarb is known for its tastiness in pies. It is easy to grow. It is important to remember that you only eat the stems/stalks because the leaves are poisonous. 

  • Victoria Rhubarb - old-fashioned, English variety that is extremely hardy and does well in our poor soils. It has green stems with slight pink or red coloring.
