Returns/Warranty
Trees & Shrubs
We offer a one year guarantee on our potted Trees & Shrubs - provided they receive proper care and watering. Larger ball & burlap trees are more difficult to establish and we are not able to warranty them.
Proof of purchase is required. We do not offer refunds, but will replace the tree with the same item, or a similar valued item.
We do not offer a gurantee on damage or death from animals or from landscape or other human caused damage.
Perennials, Annuals & Seeds/Bulbs
Any annual or perennial item that is still in its original container that has been properly cared for may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Proof of purchase required.

Hard Goods
Any hard good that has been unused, unopened, and still in sellable condition may be returned within 30 days with proof of purchase. Soils, Bark, Rocks, and other bagged goods must not be opened or damanged.

Faulty items that have been opened, but were discovered to be faulty, may also be returned within this 30 day window.
