Amish Paste produces large red plum-shaped tomatoes that often weigh around 8–12 oz. The flesh is meaty with fewer seeds and a rich, slightly sweet flavor, making it excellent for sauce while still tasting good fresh. It is a well-known heirloom prized for large paste-type fruit. INDETERMINATE.
