Jalapeño Gigante produces extra-large jalapeño peppers that are usually around 4–5 inches long. They have the familiar jalapeño flavor with moderate heat and can be harvested green or allowed to ripen red. Their larger size makes them especially good for stuffing, grilling, salsa, and pickling.
