Also known as Rose of Sharon, this is a beautiful shrub hibiscus. It has soft blue-lavender, semi-double flowers with lacy centers. It blooms from midsummer to fall. In an extra cold winter, this will act as a perennial, die to the ground, but then come back in the spring.
